One of the new thing that has become part of the American culture is sagging your pants. Wearing it below your waist is the new hip thing. A lot of young man even some female don't understand the true meaning of the sagging your pants thing. Or where it came from. From my point of view, movies, and older people even my father have told me this came from prison. The man in jail didn't not have belt so their pants were always below their waist. They weren't giving belts to prevent them from hanging their self.
